I just wanted to whip through some of the earnings movers that we are watching this morning because that's the other track that we got to pay attention to and there are a lot of big movers on the earnings front that I want to highlight. Ford shares, not moving big, but obviously a big company. A little bit of a mixed picture here for Ford. The company says that EBITDA this year will be as much as $10 billion. Fourth quarter numbers missed and the company had an unexpected tariff hit of $900 million

because of how the US government basically allowed them tariff relief, um that was a change for them. Lift shares are plunging 15%. The company said first quarter EBITDA is going to miss estimates and active rides uh riders and rides missed estimates in the fourth quarter. We're going to speak to CEO David Risher um in the 10:00 hour and get a little more insight from him as to what's going on. And then Kraft Heinz pretty extraordinary here. The company, remember last year said it was going to split itself.

Now the new uh CEO, um Steve Cahillane coming in and saying, no, we're we're not going to split or at least we're pausing the split for now, even as the company came out with earnings that beat, the shares are trading down. And then quickly, a look at the toy makers here this morning as well. Mattel with a deep miss uh versus estimates because of weak sales in the in the US. Those shares down nearly 30%. Hasbro's numbers looked better,

uh but those shares are down as well. And um my colleague Brian Sozzi is going to be talking to the CEO of Hasbro a little bit later.
