Attorney General Pam Bondi testified about the Epstein files yesterday, and it was certainly...dramatic.

The hearing had no shortage of yelling, name-calling, and meme-worthy moments, but one specific comment of Bondi's has quickly gained the most traction online.

As House Democrats pressed her on why she hadn't indicted any of Epstein's clients, Bondi responded with a line no one saw coming: "The Dow is over 50,000!" she said, referencing the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Bondi asked people why in the world they were laughing, rattled off a few more stock market stats, then concluded, "That's what we should be talking about."
